The International Conclave 2025, organised by the World Leadership Forum, brought together distinguished leaders, policymakers, entrepreneurs, innovators, and influencers from India, the United Kingdom, and beyond. Held across key locations in London and Harrow , with its principal sessions hosted inside the prestigious UK Parliament , the Conclave served as an important platform for dialogue on leadership, bilateral cooperation, sustainability, diplomacy, and the shared vision of Viksit Bharat (Developed India).
Leadership & Organisation
The Conclave was led under the guidance of Mr. Nachiket Joshi, Founder of the World Leadership Forum, whose leadership shaped the direction of the programme, and delivered through the meticulous coordination of Khushboo Shah, Organiser, who ensured the seamless execution of engagements throughout the multi-day event.
The International Conclave 2025 was made possible through the valued partnership and support of IDUK, led by Hirdesh Gupta, and the Wey Foundation, Mumbai, founded by Shirin Aggarwal. As official partners of the Conclave, both organisations played an important role in supporting the successful delivery of the programme and strengthening its mission of promoting international collaboration, leadership, cultural exchange, and meaningful dialogue between India and the United Kingdom.
Sessions at the UK Parliament
The central proceedings took place inside the historic chambers of the House of Commons and the House of Lords, providing delegates the opportunity to participate in significant discussions within the heart of British governance. The House of Commons session was hosted by MP Joy Morrissey, Member of Parliament for Beaconsfield, while the House of Lords session was hosted by Lord Sahota, Life Peer.
The Conclave welcomed an eminent group of dignitaries and delegates. Among them were MP Jack Rankin, Member of Parliament for Windsor; former MP Virendra Sharma, Former Member of Parliament, UK; Lord Rami Ranger, Life Peer and Business Leader; Suhel Seth, Author, Columnist and Brand Strategist; Vijay Goel, Founder of the India European Business Forum; Dr. Bharat Pankhania, Mayor of Bath; Cllr Anjana Patel, Mayor of Harrow; Srimathi Shivashankar, Vice President at HCL; Swami Chakrapani Maharaj, National President of the Hindu Mahasabha; Shipra Pathak, Water Woman of India; Rupal Dalal, Managing Director of JD Fashion Institute, India; Sandeep Goenka, Founder of C.P. Goenka International School; Abhey Bansal, Chairperson of AB Group; Yogita Bhayana, Social Activist and NGO Founder; Neha Singh, Representative of the Government of Maharashtra; Lokesh Kumar, BJP Leader from Andhra Pradesh; Vinita Gupta, Technology Entrepreneur from Silicon Valley; Sanjay Gupta, Former President of The Cost Accountants of India; Chinu Kawatra, Founder of Khushiyaan Foundation; Hussain Ahmedali Nalwala, Philanthropist and Founder of Nalwala Foundation; Tarun Ghulati, Businessman and Investment Banker; Rabih El Fadel, CEO of Phyla Earth; and other notable contributors from diverse sectors.
These sessions explored a variety of themes including India–UK cooperation in education, trade, innovation, public policy, community welfare, and sustainable development.
Leadership Engagement at the Mayor’s Parlour
An additional leadership interaction was hosted at the Mayor’s Parlour in Harrow by Cllr Anjana Patel, Mayor of Harrow. This engagement fostered meaningful conversations on civic leadership, Indo–UK community collaboration, cultural exchange, and pathways for future grassroots development initiatives, offering an important civic perspective to the broader objectives of the Conclave.

The International Conclave 2025 was designed as a platform where leaders from diverse fields could come together to exchange ideas, build networks, and explore pathways for collaborative progress. The multi-day programme encouraged thoughtful engagement, shared responsibility, and forward-looking leadership aimed at addressing contemporary challenges and promoting sustainable global development.
